Seller Content Policy

This policy governs all seller accounts on the WyzCore Marketplace, operated by WyzLab Solutions OPC. By completing the WyzCore Seller Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.
Sellers on WyzCore Flex may list the following product types, subject to approval:
• Online courses and training programs
• Digital products (templates, guides, workbooks, toolkits, e-books)
• Physical products directly related to the seller's area of expertise
• Paid communities and membership programs
• Coaching and mentoring programs (group or one-on-one)
All products must fall within a legitimate educational, professional development, business, wellness, creative, or skills-based category.
The following content types will not be approved and will result in immediate account review:
2.1 Adult and Sexually Explicit Content
No sexual, pornographic, or explicitly adult-oriented content of any kind.
2.2 Plagiarism and Unlicensed Intellectual Property
No content that reproduces, adapts, or sells the work of another creator without written authorization. This includes courses, templates, scripts, graphics, music, and stock media used without a valid license.
2.3 Misleading Claims and False Advertising
No income guarantees, fabricated testimonials, inflated results, or unsubstantiated claims (e.g., "Earn P100,000 in 30 days guaranteed"). All claims must be accurate, verifiable, and representative of typical outcomes.
2.4 Scams, Fraudulent Schemes, and Deceptive Products
No products designed to deceive buyers, extract payment without delivery, or misrepresent the seller's credentials or expertise.
2.5 Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) and Pyramid Schemes
No recruitment-based earning models, downline commission structures, or products that primarily promote joining a network rather than delivering standalone value.
2.6 Gambling and Betting
No content related to online gambling, sports betting, casino systems, or similar activities.
2.7 Illegal Content Under Philippine Law
No content that violates the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, the Consumer Act of the Philippines, or any other applicable Philippine law or regulation.
Sellers are expected to maintain professional standards across all product listings:
• Accurate descriptions. Product titles, descriptions, outcomes, and pricing must honestly represent what the buyer receives.
• Professional presentation. Cover images, promotional materials, and listing copy must be clear, readable, and free of typographical errors that undermine buyer trust.
• No fake or incentivized reviews. Sellers may not solicit, purchase, or manufacture reviews. Buyers must arrive at reviews independently.
• Delivered as described. Digital products must be accessible upon purchase. Coaching and community programs must begin within the timeframe stated in the listing.
• Physical product logistics. For physical products, the seller is solely responsible for inventory, packaging, shipping, and delivery. WyzCore does not manage or mediate physical product fulfillment disputes.
Sellers represent their business and, by extension, the WyzCore Marketplace community. The following conduct standards apply at all times:
• Treat buyers, fellow sellers, and WyzCore staff with professional respect.
• Respond to buyer inquiries within a reasonable timeframe (recommended: within 2 business days).
• Do not use the WyzCore platform to solicit buyers to transact outside the platform in ways that circumvent WyzCore's revenue share agreement.
• No harassment, defamation, or targeted attacks against other sellers, buyers, or the WyzCore team in any channel, including social media.
Sellers warrant that they own, have created, or hold valid licenses for all content, materials, media, and intellectual property included in their products. WyzCore does not verify IP ownership at the time of submission but will act on credible complaints. Sellers indemnify WyzLab Solutions OPC against any third-party IP claim arising from their listings.
WyzLab Solutions OPC reserves the right to take the following actions, without prior notice, when this Policy is violated:

Fraud, IP theft, illegal content, or conduct that endangers the marketplace community
Enforcement decisions are made at WyzCore's sole discretion. Disbursements for the current payout cycle may be withheld pending resolution of an active violation review.
Sellers who believe a product rejection or enforcement action was made in error may submit an appeal within 5 business days of receiving the rejection or suspension notice.
How to appeal:
• Send a direct message to the WyzCore Seller Support account, or
• Email [email protected] with the subject line: Appeal -- [Your Business Name] -- [Date of Notice]
Appeals must include a clear explanation of why the decision should be reconsidered and any supporting documentation. WyzCore will respond within 5 business days of receiving the appeal. The decision issued upon appeal is final.
Approval of a product for listing on the WyzCore Marketplace does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or guarantee by WyzLab Solutions OPC of the product's quality, accuracy, or fitness for purpose. Buyers are responsible for evaluating products before purchase. WyzCore is a marketplace platform; the seller is solely responsible for the content and delivery of their product.
WyzLab Solutions OPC may update this Policy at any time. Sellers will be notified of material changes via email or platform announcement. Continued use of the WyzCore seller account after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
By submitting a WyzCore Seller Application and checking the acknowledgment box, you confirm that:
• You have read and understood this Seller Content Policy in full.
• You agree to comply with all terms stated herein as a condition of your seller account.
• You understand that violations may result in product removal, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund of subscription fees paid.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
