Welcome to the Career Starter Coaching Program

The Career Starter Program is designed to help you make clearer, more confident decisions about your career—without needing everything to be perfect on day one.In this orientation, you will work through the course objectives, what you will expect, and hot to get the most out of the program. It includes short daily lessons, practical activities, and community reflections, and then join a 1‑hour group coaching session at the end of each week to talk through your insights and questions. You’re not expected to have your entire career figured out at the start of this program. You are only expected to take one small, thoughtful step at a time. Week 1 is your foundation. Once you’re ready, you can move into Week 1, Day 1 and begin with your Career GPS Check‑in.
